摘要
建立了电容传感器的二维物理模型,采用COMSOL软件进行有限元模型的仿真分析;根据电容值的计算表达式,推导出相对介电常数的计算式;通过改变影响相对介电常数的因素进行仿真验证,以空间图像重建误差作为评价指标。结果表明:传感器的有限元模型与物理模型真实有效,推导处的介电常数表达式在计算与仿真方面均验证了表达式的准确性,为电容层析成像传感器的优化计算提供了参考。
The two-dimensional physical model of capacitance sensor is established in the article; the finite element model is simulated by using the COMSOL software. The formula of relative permittivity is deduced according to the calculation expression of capacitance value. The simulation is carried out by changing the factors affecting relative permittivity verification and setting the spatial image reconstruction error as the evaluation index. The results show that the finite element model and the physical model of the sensor are real and effective. The expression of permittivity at the derivation is validated both in calculation and simulation. Thus this paper provides a reference for the optimizing calculation of capacitive tomography sensor.
