摘要
采用精密铸造技术制备铍铝合金,研究了Ag、Co、Ge等添加元素在铍铝合金中的分布特点和作用,分析了热等静压对合金微观组织、力学性能和断口形貌的影响。结果表明,Ag、Ge分布于铝相中强化铝相,Co元素存在于铍相和铝相中,主要强化铍相。通过热等静压处理可以改善合金力学性能,提高延伸率,增加相界面厚度,但对合金的微观组织和断裂模式不产生影响。
Be-Al alloy was prepared by precision casting,distribution characteristics and function of added elements of Ag,Co and Ge in the alloy were studied,and the effect of hot isostatic pressing(HIP)on microstructure,mechanical properties and fracture morphology was analyzed.The results show that Ag and Ge are distributed in aluminum phase to strengthen aluminum phase,and Co exists in beryllium phase and aluminum phase mainly to strengthen beryllium phase.HIP can improve the mechanical properties,the elongation and the phase interface thickness of the alloy,but cannot influence alloy microstructure and fracture mode.
