韩冰运用补肾疏肝化瘀法治疗卵巢储备功能下降所致不孕症经验 被引量：10

摘要 介绍韩冰教授采用补肾疏肝化瘀法治疗卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)所致不孕症的经验。韩教授认为DOR的病机以肾虚为本,常伴有肝郁、血瘀,治疗应当以补肾为主,佐以疏肝化瘀之法,自拟补肾疏肝化瘀方,并根据月经周期变化灵活加减用药,行经期,以通为用,加鸡血藤、茺蔚子等以活血通经;经后期,以补肾为主,加紫河车、何首乌、紫石英等滋补肝肾;经前期,以补肾健脾为主,加杜仲、白术等以益气健脾补肾,若受精成孕,还可有安胎之功,临床疗效显著。
