摘要
目的:观察益胃化裁方治疗胃阴不足型慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的疗效。方法:将门诊于2012年4月~2016年9月收治的60例胃阴不足型CAG患者按平行对照方式分为观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=30),对照组给予常规CAG治疗,包括纠正HP感染、胃黏膜保护剂、营养剂及延缓癌变等,观察组加用益胃化裁方免煎颗粒,对比分析两种治疗方式对胃阴不足型CAG的疗效。结果:治疗2个月后复查时,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(86.67%vs 63.33%),对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益胃化裁方用于为胃阴不足型慢性萎缩性胃炎对改善胃黏膜环境、组织萎缩程度具有积极的临床价值。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Yiwei decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)of stomach-yin deficiency type.Methods:A total of 60 patients with CAG of stomach-yin deficiency type treated in a hospital from April 2012 to September 2016 were divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)by the parallel control method.The control group was given routine CAG therapy,including correcting HP infection,gastric mucosal protectant,nutrition and delaying canceration,etc,and the observation group was additionally treated with boil-free modified Yiwei granules.The curative effect in the two groups was compared.Results:After 2 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(86.67% vs 63.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Yiwei decoction has positive clinical values in improving the gastric mucosal environment and the degree of tissue atrophy in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of stomach-yin deficiency type.
