城市既有住区低碳等级评价方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 城市住区碳排量是城市碳排放的重要组成部分,在构建低碳城市背景下,既有住区的改造势在必行,而有关既有住区的低碳评价体系却相当缺乏。本文首先基于人-建筑-环境系统,确立既有住区低碳评价体系;进而根据层次分析法,计算指标权重;最后运用模糊理论中模糊集和隶属度的概念和方法,建立了既有住区低碳等级模糊综合评价模型,并进行实例计算模拟。通过评定低碳等级,能够更有针对性地进行既有住区的改造,优化既有住区改造的步骤,推进住区改造进程。 Urban residential carbon emissions is an important part of urban carbon emissions,un-der the background of building low-carbon cities,existing residential reform is imperative. However,the evaluation system of existing residence on low carbon is quite lacking. In this paper. firstly, a lowcarbon evaluation system is established based on human-built-environment system in this paper.Sec-ondly,according to the analytic hierarchy process, the index weight is calculated. In the end, the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation model of low carbon gradation is established based on the concept andmethod of fuzzy set and membership in fuzzy theory.Besides an example is given to simulate the cal-culation.. By evaluating the low carbon grade,it can be more targeted to carry out the transformationof existing residential areas, optimize the steps of existing residential areas and promote the process ofresidential reconstruction.
