摘要
首先分析了除雾器叶片设计要求,从材料角度建议支撑梁的间距;其次分析比较平板型和屋脊型除雾器各自的特点,以及高硫燃煤电厂适合的选型;然后分析除雾器叶片的结垢原理,从安装角度强调了支撑梁精确安装的重要性;最后,从运行维护的角度,完善除雾器检测和冲洗制度,确保除雾器长周期安全正常运行。
This paper analyzes the design requirements of the blades of demisters and suggests intervals of the brace summer based on different materials. Then,it analyzes and compares the characteristics of the flat-plate and the ridge-type demisters as well as discussing about the type-selection for HS coal-fired power plants. Moreover,it analyzes the scaling principles of the blades and emphasizes the importance of accurate installation of the brace summer from the mounting perspective. Finally,it introduces the perfection of the checking and flushing system of demisters from the perspective of operating maintenance,to ensure their long-period and secure operation.
