摘要
萨提亚对于沟通交流的五种模式的分析反映出师生日常沟通互动的主要方式,师生沟通是教师和学生双方共同打造的,将萨提亚沟通模式有关理论应用到教师与学生的沟通中,对于引导教师与学生之间的有效沟通,增进了解和理解,增添沟通的耐心,形成良好的师生关系,有很好的借鉴和应用价值。
The analysis of the five kinds of communication ways of Satir reflects the main mode of the daily communication and interaction between teachers and students,which is mutually built between them.The application of Satir communication mode can firstly lead to the effective communication between teachers and students.Further it will enhance mutual understanding,adding the patience to communicate and promote good relations of both sides.
