摘要
目的:调研吉林地区三级甲等医院(三甲医院)急诊护士对灾难救援的认知现状。方法:通过面对面访谈参与2017年7月13日以及7月20日发生在吉林省永吉县的特大洪涝灾害救援的急诊护士,查阅文献资料,了解国内外突发灾难救援的发展现状;分析资料与信息,找出吉林地区三甲医院急诊护士在突发灾难救援过程中存在的不足。结果:吉林地区三甲医院急诊护士对突发灾难事件救援的认知从理论到技能培训需要进一步改善。结论:吉林地区三甲医院突发灾难应急管理滞后;急诊护士的突发灾难事件救援认知需要进行培训。
Objective：To investigate the emergency nurses＇ cognition on emergency rescue in grade A class 3 hospital in Jilin.Methods：Through face-to-face interviews with emergency nurses who took part in flood-catastrophe rescue operations in Yongji County,Jilin Province on July 13 and July 20,2017,read domestic and foreign literature to understand the current situation of emergency disaster relief.We analyzed the information to find out the shortage of emergency nurses in the emergency rescue process of the grade A class 3 hospital in Jilin.Results：The cognition from the theory to the skill training should be further improved by the emergency nurses in grade A class 3 hospital in Jilin.Conclusion：Emergency management of emergency disaster in the third one hospital in Jilin is lagging behind,and emergency nurses need to be trained for rescue cognition of emergency disaster events.
