摘要
我国高职轨道交通专业的双轨制教学模式是以符合我国国情和行业特点为主导的、符合合作企业利益的一种校企合作形式,这种教学模式在实现育人的同时也实现了校企共赢。针对我国高职院校轨道交通专业的现代双轨制育人模式进行重点分析,阐述了高职轨道交通专业实施双轨制的意义,并系统地落实了切实可行的双轨制教育模式实施途径。
The dual-track teaching model of rail transit major in higher vocational education is a form of cooperation between schools and enterprises that is in line with the national conditions of our country and the characteristics of the industry and is in line with the interests of the cooperative enterprises. This teaching model also realizes the schoolenterprise win-win situation. This paper analyzes the mode of modern dual-track education system of rail transit major in higher vocational colleges in our country,expounds the significance of implementing dual-track system in higher vocational education,and systematically implements the feasible way of implementing dual-track education mode.
