摘要
目的:探讨耳穴压丸在中药结肠透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1~7月本院肾病科住院的慢性肾功能衰竭患者80例,随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用中药结肠透析治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上结合中医耳穴压丸治疗。比较两组患者透析时和灌肠后的腹胀、腹痛的疗效、临床相关指标、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分。结果:观察组透析时和灌肠后腹胀、腹痛疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),Scr、Ccr、BUN低于对照组(P<0.05),HAMA评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药结肠透析结合耳穴压丸治疗,更有利于提高中药结肠透析的疗效,从而改善患者症状,使患者具有良好的心理状态,值得推广应用。
Objective: To explore the application effect of auricular plaster therapy in treating chronic renal failure with colon dialysis of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: A total of 80 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital from January to July in 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. While the control group was treated with colon dialysis of traditional Chinese medicine,the observation group was treated with auricular plaster therapy on the basis of colon dialysis of traditional Chinese medicine. The effects of abdominal distension and abdominal pain after dialysis and coloclysis,clinical related indicators,as well as the Hamilton anxiety scale( HAMA) score were compared between the two groups.Results: The effects of abdominal distension and abdominal pain after dialysis and coloclysis in the observation group were better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05); Scr,Ccr and BUN were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05); HAMA score was lower than that in the control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion: The combination of colon dialysis of traditional Chinese medicine and auricular plaster therapy is more beneficial to improve effects of colon dialysis of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to improve patients' symptoms and make them possess a good mental state. Therefore,it is worth popularizing and applying.
