摘要
在社会发展中矿产资源是人类赖以生存的重要基础,在矿产资源开发过程中容易对生态环境造成一定破坏,相关单位必须加强这方面的重视,以环境保护为基础,探索矿产资源开发与生态环境的协调发展,坚持可持续发展目标。但是从目前来看,在矿产开发过程中还存在思想观念落后、缺乏规范标准、没有科学的奖励机制、法律法规不健全等问题,难以实现矿产资源开发与生态环境的协调统一。依托于绿色发展理念,建立标准规范、完善科学的奖惩机制,做好矿山建设的可持续发展,充分发挥出矿产资源开发对社会经济的促进作用,促进与生态环境的协调发展。
In the social development of mineral resources is an important basis for the survival of mankind,easily in the process of mineral resource development caused some damage to the ecological environment,the relevant units must strengthen the attention to environmental protection as the basis,to explore the coordinated development of mineral resources development and ecological environment,adhere to the goal of sustainable development.Relying on the concept of green development,we should establish standards,standardize and perfect the scientific reward and punishment mechanism,do well in the sustainable development of mine construction,give full play to the role of mineral resources development in promoting social economy,and promote the coordinated development of ecological environment.
