摘要
传统金属散热器表面积小,不利于热向空气中扩散,泡沫铝作为电池模块的散热介质,有其特殊的优点,因此中外学者对泡沫铝的特殊性质进行了大量的研究。针对新能源汽车锂电池模块散热系统存在的不足,结合泡沫铝良好的传热性质,提出泡沫铝对新能源汽车锂电池模块散热的新型模式,计算锂电池模块积和泡沫铝用量,通过与传统金属散热性能对比,证明泡沫铝对新能源汽车锂电池模块散热的有效性。
