摘要
针对目前计转数引信在测试中受转台电机磁场干扰以及测试转台不能模拟引信弹丸高速旋转的问题,提出了基于模拟地磁场的计转数引信静态测试方法。该方法不使用任何机械旋转的装置,使引信复杂的动态测试变成简单的室验室静态测试;可检测的引信转速范围达到50 000r/min以上,并且有效地提高了测试的精度和准确性。验证和分析表明,基于模拟地磁场的计转数引信静态测试方法具有很高的测试精度和准确性,对不同转速的计转数电子引信均能进行准确和可靠的测试。
Aiming at the problem of magnetic field interference of the turntable motor in the test of the turnscounting fuze and that high speed rotation of fuze projectile cannot be simulated on the test turntable,a static testing method of electronic turns-counting fuze was proposed.The method did not use any mechanical rotation device,it made the complex dynamic testing of the fuze a simple laboratory static test.The detectable rotational speed of fuze reached 50 000 revolutions per minute or more,and it effectively improved the testing precision and accuracy.The verification and analysis showed that the static testing method of electronic turns-counting fuze has high test precision and accuracy,and electronic turns-counting fuze with different rotation speed could be tested effectively.
