摘要
统计分析某大型医院床位管理中心成立半年以来安排的跨科病人情况以及各专科病床使用率变化,发现床位统筹管理显著改善了专科之间床位使用"冷热不均"的现象,有效提高了病床使用率。因此,床位管理中心有利于合理配置医院床位资源,但未来还需完善管理制度,加强绩效考核、成本核算、信息支持等。
This paper analyzed cross-department patient＇s situation and changes in the bed utilization rate of each specialized half a year after the establishment of bed management center in one large hospital. It is found that the overall management of beds has significantly improved the phenomenon of uneven use of cold and heat between different specialties, and effectively increased the utilization rate of beds. Therefore, the bed management center is conducive to the rational allocation of hospital bed resources, but in the future, it is necessary to improve the management system, and strengthen performance appraisal, cost accounting, information support and others.
