文中结合某石化企业现行的物资管理模式,分析了实施对标管理对提高该企业物资管理水平的意义。阐述了大型石化企业开展对标管理可以实现开源节流、降本增效,有效提高管理质量,持续推进物资管理工作高效规范运行。
