摘要
大学生诚信档案是大学生在信用活动中形成的第一手资料,它通过制度来规范大学生的诚信行为、培养大学生的诚信品质。大学生诚信档案建设可以通过"五位一体"的方式全力推进,即需要政府发挥主导作用,学校发挥职能作用,家庭发挥配合作用,征信机构发挥桥梁作用,学生发挥主体作用。
College students ' integrity file is the first-hand information that college students form in the credit activities. It regulates students' honest behavior through the system and cultivate their honesty and credit quality. Therefore,the construction of integrity files for undergraduates can be fully promoted through the " five in one" approach. That is,the government needs to play a leading role,the school plays a functional role,the family plays a coordinating role,the credit reporting institution plays a bridge role,and the students play the main role.
