摘要
通过试验选择使用高模低缩聚酯线绳作为V带骨架强力层材料和使用黏合增强型帆布作为包布,能够满足提升V带性能的材料基础;在V带胶料中采用优化底胶、伸缓胶、帆布包布胶的配方措施提升和体现使用高模量低收缩线绳骨架材料和黏合增强型包布的技术优异性能;根据V带的长短决定包布结构;底胶口型形状尺寸影响V带的使用寿命。加强V带生产过程中的工艺管理控制,提高V带产品制造水平,延长V带使用寿命。
In experiment, high-modulus low-shrink polyester cord was chosen as the V belt skeleton strength layer material and the adhesion-enhanced canvas used as the wrap to meet the material foundation to improve the V belt performance. Adopting optimized base rubber, stretch rubber and canvas wrap rubber in V-belt compound can improve the performance of high-modulus low-shrinkage cord skeleton material and adhesion-enhanced wrap. The length of the V belt determines structure of wrap. The shape and size of the bottom rubber die affect the service life of V belt. We should strengthen So the control level of process, the manufacturing level of products should be improved to prolong the service life of V belt.
