摘要
目的探究物理振动排石在输尿管软镜术后输尿管上段残石中的临床应用效果。方法 106例输尿管软镜术治疗的输尿管上段残石患者,依据完全抽样法随机分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组患者在输尿管软镜术后采取传统自然排石法排石,观察组患者在输尿管软镜术后进行物理振动排石。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者当日见石率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的39.62%(P<0.05);观察组患者结石的当日排净率、1周内排净率及2周内排净率均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者住院时间为(8.21±1.45)d,明显短于对照组的(11.34±2.19)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分为(75.46±7.24)分,明显高于对照组的(65.93±6.33)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者术后并发症发生率为15.09%,观察组患者术后并发症发生率为11.32%,两组患者术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论物理振动排石能够明显提高患者术后结石的排净率,促进患者术后康复,改善患者生活质量,具有临床使用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of physical vibratory stones discharge in upper ureteral residual stones after ureteroscopy. Methods A total of 106 upper ureteral residual stones patients with ureteroscopy therapy were divided by complete sampling method into control group and observation group, with 53 cases in each group. The control group received traditional natural stones discharge method after ureteroscopy, and the observation group received physical vibratory stones discharge after ureteroscopy. The treatment effect in two groups was compared. Results The observation group had obviously higher same-day stone rate as 100.00% than 39.62% in the control group(P〈0.05), and the observation group had obviously higher same-day clearance rate of stone, 1-week clearance rate and 2-week clearance rate than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The observation group had obviously shorter hospitalization time as(8.21±1.45) d than(11.34±2.19) d in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The observation group had obviously higher quality of life score as(75.46±7.24) points than(65.93±6.33) points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The control group had incidence of postoperative complications as 15.09%, which was 11.32% in the observation group, and there was no statistically significant difference in incidence of postoperative complications(P〈0.05). Conclusion Physical vibratory stones discharge can obviously improve postoperative clearance rate of stones, promote postoperative recovery of patients and improve their quality of life. This method contains clinical application value.
