摘要
为了同时提升复合吸附剂的传热和传质性能,文章以膨胀石墨和蔗糖为原料,磷酸为活化剂,利用炭化造孔法形成具有高传热传质特性的多孔介质,并浸渍氯化钙制备复合吸附剂。利用正交实验法分析了磷酸蔗糖质量比,活化温度,氯化钙溶液质量浓度三因素不同水平对渗透特性的影响。结果表明,实验范围内,当制备工艺为磷酸蔗糖质量比0.9,活化温度600℃,氯化钙溶液浓度20%时,渗透率达到最大值为7.165×10-10m-2。
In order to improve the heat and mass transfer properties of composite adsorbents at the same time,porous mediawith high heat and mass transfer characteristics was prepared by carbonization and pore formation with expanded graphite and sucroseas raw materials and phosphoric acid as activator. The composite adsorbent was prepared by impregnating calcium chloride. The ef-fects of three factors,i.e.,mass ratio of phosphoric acid to sucrose,activation temperature and the mass concentration of calciumchloride solution,on the osmotic properties were analyzed by orthogonal experiment. The results show that in the experimental range,when the mass ratio of phosphoric acid to sucrose is 0.9,the activation temperature is 600 ℃,the concentration of calcium chloridesolution is 20%,the maximum permeability is 7.165×10-10m-2.
