摘要
蒸汽发生器烘干的时间在一定程度上影响大修的工期,因此缩短烘干的时间具有显著的意义。文章阐述了烘干设备的结构、原理、主要技术指标及技术难点,对风量和温度进行了优化,并增加了液位监控系统、远程操作系统、温度控制模块;新型的烘干设备满足蒸汽发生器烘干的要求,应用结果表明,烘干效果显著,同时有效降低了工作人员的辐射剂量。
The drying time of the steam generator affects the duration of overhaul to some extent,so it is significant to shortenthe drying time. This paper describes the structure,principle,main technical specifications and technical difficulties of drying equip-ment,optimizes air volume and temperature,and adds liquid level monitoring system,remote operating system and temperature con-trol module. The new drying equipment can meet the requirement of steam generator drying. The application results show that thedrying effect is remarkable and the radiation dose of the workers is reduced effectively at the same time.
