摘要
本文报道通过动物实验,初步探讨加味桃核承气汤降糖作用的机制。实验结果表明:本方对糖尿病及正常大鼠均有一定的降糖作用。其机理是由于益气养阴、活血祛瘀、润肠通下的协同作用,改善了胰岛细胞的功能,使内源性胰岛素分泌增加,胰高血糖素分泌减少,从而促进糖原合成,抑制糖原异生,达到降糖目的。
The article reported that the mechanism of lowering sugar of the decoction of Jiawei Taohe Chengqi was preliminarily explored in the animal experiment. Its results showed that the Chinese Medical formula had a certain effect of lowering sugar on the mice with diabetes mellitus and the normal mice. Its mechanism is due to the synergism of tonifying qi and nourishing yin, activating blood and resolving stagnation, lubricating intestine and purgation, which improves the functions of pancreatic island cells, then, increases the excretion of the endogenous insulin, decreases the excretion of the pancreatic glucagon, thus, develops the synthesis of the glycogen, inhibits the glyconeogenesis.
