摘要
牙周炎是发病率最高的口腔慢性感染性疾病之一,而现阶段牙周炎的临床治疗尚未能从根本上阻断牙周炎的主要致病因素,即宿主的免疫调节问题。骨免疫,是基于近年来发现的机体骨骼系统和免疫系统之间有紧密联系及相互影响后提出的新概念,而RANKL系统又是联系骨骼系统和免疫系统的重要"桥梁"。因此,如何通过控制RANKL系统的成员,进一步调控牙周炎患者的免疫系统和骨骼系统对牙周致病菌的反应状态,并最终达到从根本上治疗牙周炎的目的已成为现阶段的研究热点。本文就牙周炎的骨免疫调节治疗的研究现状及进展作一综述。
Periodontitis is one of the highest incidence of chronic oral infectious diseases. At the present stage,the clinical treatment of periodontitis has not fundamentally blocked the main pathogenic factors of periodontitis,that is,the function of immune regulation of the host. Bone immunity is a new concept put forward in recent years based on the close relationship and interaction between skeleton system and immune system. RANKL system is also an important bridge connecting skeletal system and immune system. Therefore,how to further regulate the reaction state of periodontitis patients' immune system and skeletal system to periodontal pathogens by controlling the members of the RANKL system,and ultimately achieve the goal of radically treating periodontitis has became the focus of our research.This article reviewes the research status and progress of bone immunomodulatory therapy for periodontitis.
