本实验室采用原子吸收方法测定茶叶中的镉,根据浓度和峰面积的线性关系建立标准曲线,求出回归方程y=0.091 99x+0.001 9(R^2=0.998 1),线性良好,外标法定量,精密度较好,结果准确。
This laboratory determination the cadmium in tea by atomic absorption method, according to the linear relationship of concentration and peak area has established the standard curve, and the regression equation y =0.001 9x + 0.091 99 (R2 = 0.998 1), good linear, external standard method of quantitative, precise, accurate.
