汽车扭杆弹簧后悬架动力学仿真分析

摘要 为了分析扭杆弹簧后悬架不同布置方式对汽车性能的影响,在ADAMS/Car模块下建立了扭杆弹簧后悬架仿真模型,对后悬架的不同布置方式进行了动力学仿真,分析了双轮平行跳动时悬架的运动特性及抗俯仰特性。通过整车加速仿真和制动仿真进一步分析了悬架对整车抗抬头和抗点头性能的影响。仿真结果表明,改进悬架布置方式后,外倾角的变动量减小,抗抬头性能略有提升。该仿真设计验证了扭杆弹簧后悬架不同布置方式的优缺点,丰富了ADAMS/Car悬架模板库,为汽车悬架系统设计开发提供了理论依据。 In order to study the influence of different independent torsion bar spring rear suspension arrangement on the performance of the car, a simulation model of torsion bar spring independent suspension is set up under the ADAMS/Car module, and the motion characteristics and anti pitching characteristics of the suspension in parallel running are analyzed. Through the acceleration simulation and braking simulation, the influence of suspension on the anti -rise and anti -nod performance of the vehicle is further analyzed. The simulation results show that the change of camber angle decreases and the performance of lifting head is slightly improved after improving the suspension arrangement, this simulation proved the advantages and disadvantages of torsion bar spring rear suspension in different arrangement, enriched ADAMS/Car suspension template library, providing a theoretical basis for development of automotive products.
