摘要
口腔崩解片系指在口腔内不需要用水即能迅速崩解或溶解的片剂。本文对影响口腔崩解片的药物吸收因素、工艺制备技术、质量评价及临床应用这4个方面进行了比较详细的综述。
Orally disintegrating tablets refer to the ones that can be rapidly disintegrated or dissolved in the oral cavity without water. The four portions of orally disintegrating tablets including the infuencing factors of drug absorption, preparation process, quality evaluation and clinical application were reviewed in details in this article.
