摘要
高校勤工助学学生可以合理地利用课余时间到图书馆勤工助学,一来可以缓解学生的经济压力,二来也可以更多地接触和了解图书馆相关知识;从学校方面来看,高校图书馆吸纳图书馆勤工助学学生,可以缓解图书馆服务人员不足的压力,也可以为高校勤工助学活动提供最为合适、安全的场所.本文以多年图书馆管理经验为基础,对高校图书馆勤工助学进行研究和分析.
The students who taking part-time job in college can reasonably use the free time to gives helps in the library.To them,there are two advantages,one is relieving the economic pressure; the other is getting more knowledge about library.To the college,these students can give helps to relieve the insufficiency of service personnel in library.In addtion,the library can provide the proper and safe place for the activity of taking part-time jobs while studying.This paper analyzes the part-time job based on the long time working experience in the library.
