摘要
组织工程技术是再生医学中的一个重要组成部分,而支架材料是组织工程的重要因素之一.由于天然聚合物支架材料具有不同的生物学特性,如生物相容性、生物可降解性等,使他们可以应用于各种组织工程包括皮肤、骨骼、软骨、神经、肝脏和肌肉.壳聚糖是一种具有生物活性的聚合物,可以作为再生医学的一个不错的选择.本文将简要阐述壳聚糖的性质及其在组织工程中的应用.
Tissue engineering is an important treatment method in regenerative medicine and the scaffold material is one of the important factors for tissue engineering. Due to the different biological characteristics of natural polymer scaffold materials,such as biocompatibility,biodegradable and so on,so that they can be applied to all kinds of tissue engineering including skin,bone,cartilage,nerve,liver and muscles. Chitosan can be as a good choice of regenerative medicine because it is a kind of bioactive polymers. The properties of chitosan and its application in tissue engineering will be briefly described in this paper.
