摘要
针对公路超限超载问题,介绍了高速不停车检测的研究背景,阐述了高速不停车检测系统的组成、工作流程与功能,讨论了高速不停车检测系统精准运行的实现途径,指出精准称重、精准电子抓拍识别、精准数据联动是提升高速不停车检测系统精准度的关键。通过精准称重系统、精准电子抓拍识别系统以及两者的精准数据联动,实现了高速不停车检测系统精准运行,最大限度发挥了该系统的作用与功能,为治理公路超限超载问题提供了优质解决方案。
Based on the overload problem in road transport, this paper introduces the research background of high speednon-stop detection, expounds the composition, working process and function of non-stop inspection system. It points out thataccurate weighing, accurate electronic capture and accurate data linkage are the key to improve the precision of high speednon-stop inspection system. The accurate data linkage of weighing system and electronic capture system realizes the preciseoperation of the high-speed non-stop detection system, and providesa high quality solution for highway overload control.
