摘要
为了达到各主管部门和相关法律法规对医药企业消防和环保措施的要求,使医药企业的高温管道及设备的保温层表面热损失达到GB/T 8174—2008设备及管道绝热效果的测试与评价的要求,笔者通过分析铝镁质保温隔热材料及材料的技术参数和特点,并从绝热性能、初次维修年限、施工性能、物质组成、使用温度等多个方面,对比研究了铝镁质保温隔热材料与传统保温隔热材料的性能,讨论了CAS环保纳米铝镁质保温隔热毡的4种产品及每种产品在制药厂的应用,指出铝镁质保温隔热材料是环境友好型和资源节约型的新型环保材料,具有良好的隔热保温特性,在材料、生产工艺等方面具有优势,作为新型环保材料,有着广阔的推广应用前景。
In order to meet the requirements of fire protection and environmental protection and make the equipment andpipes of pharmaceutical enterprises reach the required standard of GB/T 8174-2008, this paper studies aluminum-magnesiumthermal insulation material, expounds the technical parameters and characteristics of the material, and compares it with tradi-tional thermal insulation material. It discusses the application of four kinds of CAS environmental aluminum-magnesium insula-tion blanket in pharmaceutical factory, points out that the material is environmental friendly and resource saving, and has goodthermal insulation property and advantage in material and production process. As a new environmental friendly material, it hasa wide application prospect.
