摘要
为有效解决机场旅客托运行李跟踪问题,提出应用射频识别(RFID)技术设计一套旅客行李自主管理系统,实现托运行李的实时状态查询。该技术方案使用RFID电子行李标签,通过读取器在运输关键节点上读取行李处理信息,经后台服务器接收行李读取系统数据并维护各航班行李状态信息,同时在APP上提供旅客托运行李查询管理服务,为旅客提供更安全高效的行李托运服务,为机场管理机构提高行李托运效率及准确性提供保障。该系统的应用可提高行李托运的安全性及旅客服务的满意度。
In order to effectively solve the problem of luggage tracking in airport, a self-management luggage checking systemis designed by using RFID technology, which realizes real-time inquiry of luggage. The technical scheme uses RFID tags, itreads luggage information in transport key node through reader and provides luggage inquiry service for passengers on APP.The system provides safe and efficient luggage checking service for passengers, ensures the efficiency and accuracy of luggagechecking of airport management agencies and it can improve the safety of luggage checking and the satisfaction of passen-gers.
