摘要
目的评价智能自动化调剂系统应用对提高药房工作效率及管理质量的作用。方法介绍某院自动化调剂系统及其工作方式流程,通过比较系统运行前后的处方量、药师调配时间、患者候药时间、药师发药交待时间、患者满意度、差错率、门诊药房药品损耗率等数据,分析药品精细化及科学化管理对调剂效率和调剂工作质量的影响,探讨自动化药房建设在提高医院医疗服务满意度的作用。结果智能自动化调剂系统的应用使患者取药等候时间缩短47%,药师调配时间缩短36%~50%,药师药学服务时间增加1.5倍,患者医疗服务满意度提高,减少了管理成本,有效控制药品调剂差错率,保证临床用药安全。结论智能自动化调剂系统是现代药房建设的必然趋势,药品的精细化及科学化管理,充分发挥自动化设备的整体优势,可优化药房管理工作,促进医院药学的发展。
OBJECTIVE Evaluate the effect of applying automatic intelligent dispensing system on improving the work efficiency and management quality of clinic pharmacy. METHODS The automatic intelligent dispensing system and operational procedures were introduced. Primary data of prescriptions,dispensing time of pharmacists,waiting time of patients,communicating time between pharmacist and patients, patient satisfaction, error rate and attrition rate of medicines were collected and compared with the circumstances before the system was applied. The fundamental role of automatic intelligent pharmacy in enhancing satisfaction of hospital medical services was discussed thought analyzing the influences of dispensing efficiency and work quality by applying elaborate and scientific management. RESULTS The application of automatic intelligent allocating system shortened waiting time of patients by 47% and dispensing time of pharmacist by 36%-50%,increased the time of pharmaceutical care by 150%.Thus,the clinic medication safety was ensured by increasing patient satisfaction,reducing the cost of management and controlling of dispensing errors. CONCLUSION The research indicate that the application of automatic intelligent dispensing system would be an inevitable trend of constructing modern pharmacy,while elaborate and scientific management of medication could maximize the integral advantage of automatic facilities,in order to optimize the management of pharmacy which would promote the development of hospital pharmacy.
