摘要
目的不同程度脂肪变性患者对慢性乙型肝炎患者声触诊量化技术(VTQ)测值的影响。方法回顾性分析经肝穿刺活检的慢性乙型肝炎合并脂肪变性患者262例,其中纤维化病理分级S1级患者208例,S2级患者54例,SI级患者中脂肪变性病理分级F0级14例,F1级102例,F2级55例,F3级37例,F4级0例;S2级患者中脂肪变性病理分级F0级0例,F1级23例,F2级15例,F3级14例,F4级2例;分别对SI级纤维化患者和S2级纤维化患者的各级脂肪变性的VTQ值进行对比分析。结果 S1级纤维化各级脂肪变性的VTQ均值无显著性差异(P>0.47),S2级纤维化各级脂肪变性的VTQ均值无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论合并不同程度脂肪变性患者对慢性乙型肝炎患者VTQ值无明显影响。
Objective To compare VTQ values in patients with chronic hepatitis B and different degrees of steatosis. Methods Two hundred and sixty-two cases of chronic hepatitis b with fatty degeneration by liver biopsy were retrospectively analyzed, including 208 cases of SI grade, 54 cases of S2 grade, There were 14 cases of fatty de- generation grade F0 level in patients of S1 grade, 102 cases of F1 level, 55 cases of F2 level, 37 cases of F3 level and 0 case of F4 level. There was no case of fatty degeneration grade F0 level in $2 patients, 23 cases of F1 level, 15 cas- es of F2 level, 14 cases F3 level, 2 cases of F4 level; The VTQ value of fatty degeneration at all levels of the case of S1 grade fibrosis and the case of $2 grade fibrosis were compared and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the VTQ mean at all levels of steatosis of S1 grade fibrosis （P〉0.47）, and no significant difference in the VTQ mean at all levels of steatosis of S2 grade fibrosis （P〉0.05）. Conclusions The patients with different degree of steatosis had no significant effect on VTQ value of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
