摘要
为确定EMS诱变老芒麦种子的适宜条件,本试验以"川草2号"老芒麦为试验材料,利用不同浓度(0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%、1.2%和1.6%)的EMS溶液处理老芒麦种子不同时间(8h和16h)后,通过分析老芒麦种子发芽情况,得出随着EMS浓度和处理时间的增加,老芒麦的开始发芽日和发芽高峰日推后,发芽势和发芽率下降趋势也愈明显;EMS诱变老芒麦的适宜浓度为0.8%,处理时间为16h。
This study aimed to investigate the effects of induced concentration and time of EMS on seed germination of Elymus sibiricus. Takeing Elymus sibiricus L. cv. "chuancao No. 2" seeds as materials, seven different concentrations of EMS ( 0. 2% , 0. 4% , 0. 6% , 0. 8% , 1.0%, 1.2% - 1.6% ) were set and two different treatment time (8h and 16h) were used to induce the seeds. The result of seed germination show that with the increases of EMS concentration and time , the dates of germinating beginning and germinating peak were de- layed, the downtrend of germination energy and germination percentage were more and more obviously, finally determined the concentration of EMS 0. 8% and 16h was the optimum condition of inducing Elymus sibiricus seeds.
