摘要
本研究统计分析2015年1月至2016年12月医院医疗设备维修月度总量数据,建立ARMA模型对短期维修工作量进行预测。单个季度的预测结果与实际值之间的平均相对误差为2%。医疗设备质量监控指标长期监测和短期预测能够为预防性维护计划的设置提供依据。
It is one of the important measures to establish key quality indications which measure and monitor medical equipment management. The monthly data collected between January 2015 and December 2016 was analyzed and used to build ARMA model, which was used to forecast short term medical equipment maintenance workload. It was found that the mean relative error between the predicted data and the actual value of the maintenance workload in one quarter was 2%. The long term monitoring and short term forecasting of medical equipment qualify factors can provide decision making basis for the schedule setting of preventive maintenance.
