摘要
研发了工作阻力为20 MN的超大采高液压支架及电液控制系统,提出了智能化大功率采煤机系统的参数要求,研发了基于变频控制的智能刮板输送机系统,并利用智能化集成供液系统保证了超大采高工作面液压支架快速跟机移架,为单一工作面实现产量15 Mt/a奠定了基础。通过视频监控系统、三机语音通讯系统及高可靠性工作面高速网络平台,实现了以工作面顺槽监控中心为基础的综采设备智能化集成设计,推动了我国煤矿厚煤层智能化开采技术的发展。
Developed the large mining height are broken hydraulic support working resistance is 20 MN and the electro-hydraulic control system, puts forward the intelligent system of high-power shearer parameters requirements, developed intelligent scraper conveyor system based on frequency conversion control, and use the intelligent integration for the liquid system guaranteed the rapid with large mining height hydraulic support machine frame, as a single working face of 15 Mt/a laid a solid foundation. Through the video monitoring systems, compressors voice communication system and the high reliability of working face high-speed network platform, realized on the basis of the mining gateway monitoring center of fully mechanized equipment intelligent integration design, promoted the development of intelligent coal mining thick coal seam mining technology in China.
