摘要
矿用无轨胶轮车是一种用于矿井下辅助运输车辆,鉴于其快速高效的运输工作方式和良好的经济效益,这种无轨胶轮车在现代煤矿中,使用越来越广泛。由于矿区运输环境不确定因素多,其可靠性是衡量其性能的重要指标。通过分析某煤矿"6.5"事故车辆的实际案例,发现事故主要是由其制动系统故障引发。因此通过对矿用无轨胶轮车制动系统分析研究,初步探讨了提高此类无轨胶轮车制动系统的可靠性。
Mining trackless rubber-tired car is a in the mine auxiliary transportation vehicles, in view of the rapid and efficient transport mode and good economic benefits, the trackless rubber tyred vehicle in modern coal mines is used more and more widely. Because of the uncertainty of the transportation environment,the reliability is an important index to measure the performance. By analyzing vehicle accident in one coal mine ,the 6.5 ,found the case is mainly caused by the malfunction of the brake system. By analyzing and researching the braking system of mining trackless rubber tyred vehicle,discusses how to improve braking system reliability of trackless rubber tyred vehicle.
