摘要
结合在国有企业从事近20年领导班子和干部队伍管理的实践经验,分析了企业核心团队建设的重要意义、存在问题和原因,从6个方面探讨了加强核心团队建设的对策和方法。文章明确提出,加强核心团队建设,必须把握核心突出、目标一致、团结协作、结构优化的原则,真正形成团队核心,牢固树立核心意识,增强团队成员的核心能力,建立良好的运行机制,强化理论武装和党性教育,优化团队结构,进一步打造高效能团队,推进石油石化企业持续健康发展。
Combining with practical experience of being engaged in leading group and cadre team management in a state-owned enterprise for almost 20 years, the author analyzes the important significance, existing problems and their causes in enterprise core team building, and probes into the countermeasures and methods to strengthen core team building from 6 aspects. The article definitely puts forward that, to strengthen core team building, we should grasp the principle of outstanding core, unanimous target, unity and cooperation, structural optimization, really form team core, firmly set up core consciousness, strengthen core capability of team members, establish good operational mechanism, reinforce theoretical arms and Party spirit education, optimize team structure, and further create high-performance team, to promote sustainable and healthy development of petroleum petrochemical enterprises.
