立体街区中综合体公共空间设计与其商业单元尺度定量研究 被引量:2

摘要 商业综合体的公共空间形态易受具体商业规律、街区用地条件、城市交通关系等多重因素影响。而要兼顾开发效益、满足商业单元可达性均好的限制下,提升街区立体交通步行体系的效率与质量,根据前期调研成果提示出:公共空间直接覆盖的步行商业单元尺度、规模和预期人流容量对其内部的公共空间设计模式选择是关键影响因子,在设计流程中需要准确预判。基于此,文章尝试根据北京、上海、深圳、广州四城链接轨道交通的商业综合体调研样本,通过图形分析总结出在上述因素与商业综合体公共空间常见类型的关联规律。 The public spatial form of the commercial complex is easily influenced by the multiple factors such as the specific business law, the districts site conditions, the urban traffic relationship and so on. And to give consideration to both developing efficiency and make business units good accessibility, improve the efficiency and quality of walking traffic system in three-dimensional block. The results of preliminary investigation indicated that: the size of walking commercial unit, scale and expected capacity of people flow is a key factor in internal design mode selecting of public space in complex that is directly covered by public, it is needed to accurately predict in the design process. Based on this, this paper tries to summarize the associated rules between the above factors and the common types of public spaces in the commercial complex, by making graphic analysis of the samples from Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou about rail transit connection.
