摘要
为分析预应力混凝土箱梁0#块收缩徐变效应,以普湾桥两个0#块为分析对象,分别进行为期160d的无应力状态下自由收缩分析和为期150d的预应力张拉后的收缩徐变分析。结合有限元软件仿真结果,对0#块收缩徐变规律进行详细分析。分析结果为:自由状态下顶板收缩速率大于底板收缩速率,张拉预应力状态下顶板徐变量大于底板徐变量;预应力箱梁的徐变效应、收缩效应和温度效应的大小关系为:徐变效应>温度效应>收缩效应。
In order to study the shrinkage and creep effect for prestressed concrete box girder 0 # piece, this paper uses two 0 # pieces as analysis object:one is used to study the 160-day free shrinkage stress in free condition and another is used to study the 150-day shrinkage and creep effect. Combined with the finite element software simulation results,this paper detailly analyzes the shrinkage and creep law of 0 # piece. The evaluation result shows: the free-state roof shrinkage rate is greater than the bottom plate shrinkage rate and the creep variable of the roof is larger than that of the bottom plate under tensioned prestressing condition. Among the three effects of box girder, the creep effect is the largest followed by temperature effect, and contraction effect is minimal.
