摘要
为降低开关的故障率,通过对故障设备调查,研究了开关柜的运行情况,分析生产故障的原因,研究发现开关柜故障主要为机械故障和绝缘故障。对开关柜机械故障及绝缘故障提出处理措施,以提高开关柜运行的可靠性。
Aiming at the situation of switchgear fault frequently, in order to reduce the fault rate of switch operation, the equipment failure and switch operation were investigated, and the causes of failure in the production process was analyzed. The results show that mechanical failure and insulation failure are the main faults of switch cabinet. Some measures are put forward for the faults.
