摘要
上世纪七八十年代,法国中小学实施了主要针对移民子女的跨文化教育政策,后期则扩大至所有的学生。法国的跨文化教育实践深受本国移民状况以及"共和"融入模式的影响,官方在政策推行时显得顾虑重重,导致措施相对单一,而且政策实施时间只有短短十一年,其效果也不尽如人意。法国当前族群问题突出,需要不断从其文化教育政策中吸取得失经验,并从制度上进行反思。
In the 70s and 80s of last century, France implemented the cross-cultural education policy aimed at immigrant children in primary and secondary schools, and later extended to all students. Influenced by their immigration status and "Republic" model, France's cross cultural education is full of worries in the implementation of policy, which leads to lack-of-time, simple and unsatisfactory implementation. The current problem of ethnic groups in France is acute, and it needs to absorb experience gained from its cultural and educational policies and needs reflection from the system.
