摘要
预应力混凝土管桩PHC是一种新型的预制桩型。该桩桩身混凝土强度高,承载力好,制作及施工简单,施工成桩质量可靠稳定,对软弱地基土有较好的适应力,因此现在广泛运用于南方软弱土层中。但在工程实践中发现PHC管桩在软弱地区施工时,有预应力混凝土管桩发生断裂的现象,一旦出现这种情况将会给工程建设项目带来巨大损失。因此对某典型预应力混凝土管桩事故进行详细分析及处理,以期望能总结经验吸取教训,为以后采用此类管桩的工程项目提供相应的参考依据。
Prestressed concrete Tubular pile PHC is a new type of precast pile type. The pile body has high concrete strength, good bearing capacity, simple manufacture and construction, reliable and stable construction quality, and good adaptability to weak foundation soil. Therefore, it is widely used in soft soil in the south. But in engineering practice, it is found that the prestressed concrete pipe pile breaks during the construction of PHC pipe pile in weak area. If this situation occurs, it will cause great loss to the construction project.Therefore, analyzing and dealing with a typical prestressed concrete pipe pile accident in order to sum up experience and draw lessons, and provide the corresponding reference for the future use of such pipe pile project.
