摘要
目的:介绍针对护理专业本科生的导师陪伴制护理模式,探讨该模式的实施效果。方法:根据布鲁斯教学目标分类设定与形成性评价理论,识定导师制培养认知、情感、技能三个领域的目标,根据目标分阶段实施导师制培养措施。结论:导师陪伴制的实施有利于制订明确的人才培养计划,循序渐进地对护生进行个性化培养,提高护生的学习效率与综合素质。
Objective:to introduce for nursing undergraduate advisor with nursing mode,explore the effect of the model. Methods:according to Bruce teaching target classification is set and the formative assessment theory,set the mentorship training cognition, emotion,and reading skills goal three areas,according to the target to implement tutor system in stages cultivation measures. Conclusion:the tutor system of the implementation of the company is beneficial to clear the talent training plan,step by step to undertake to the student personal cultivation,improve the students' learning efficiency and comprehensive quality.
