摘要
当前新生研讨课、翻转课堂和慕课等新的课堂教学呈现形式与传统的课堂教学存在明显的差异,如何组织学生学习、提高教学质量将成为这些新的课堂教学形式首先要解决的重要问题。本文以新生研讨课为例,从"学习共同体"的构建目标、原则、内部分组和效果考核等方面,对新生研讨课堂"学习共同体"的构建进行了详细分析。以期通过共同体成员间相互交流、相互促进,启发学生的探索兴趣,培养他们的合作精神和创新思维,达到提高新生研讨课程教与学的质量。同时,力求为其他新的课堂教学"学习共同体"的合理构建提供理论支持。
The current freshman seminar,flip class and for class new classroom teaching form there are significant differences with the traditional classroom teaching,how to organize the students to learn and improve the quality of teaching will be the new classroom teaching form to solve an important problem in the first place.Freshman seminar,for example in this article,from the construction of "learning community" target,principle,internal grouping and effect evaluation,etc.,for the construction of "learning community" freshman seminar class are analyzed in detail.With community members communicate with each other,promote each other.respire students' interest in exploring,cultivate their spirit of cooperation and creative thinking,to improve the quality of teaching and learning for the freshman seminar. At the same time,it aims to provide theoretical support for the reasonable construction of other new classroom teaching "learning conmmunity".
