摘要
工程教育专业认证对培养学生综合素质、提高学校工程教育质量、转型地区发展模式、实现创新制造强国发挥着重要作用。本文以徐州工程学院食品科学与工程毕业要求为目标,从工程教育认证标准对课程体系的分类入手,分析专业课程体系的建议设想,为食品科学与工程专业通过工程教育专业认证奠定基础,为快速提升食品科学与工程专业人才培养的质量提供借鉴。
Education professional certification of engineering plays an important role in training students＇ comprehensive quality,improving the education quality of school engineering,transforming regional development model and realizing innovation and manufacturing power. Taking Xuzhou University of Technology of food science and engineering at graduation requirements as the goal,from engineering education accreditation criteria for the classification of curriculum system,analysis of professional curriculum system proposal is envisaged,as the food science and engineering through engineering education professional certification basis,for the rapidly increasing food science and engineering personnel training quality.
