摘要
为了更好的研究电子枪的研发技术,本文对它的基本原理和设计内容以及技术测试这三个部分进行分析。本次进行技术研究的电子枪主要是由聚焦电极,阴阳极以及控制极组成的,该电子将具备能量调节以及电子束的发射和聚焦能力。通过本次技术实验证明此装置的电子枪可以在0到500曝光值之间进行连续性的调节,电子束呈现的密度比较充足,聚焦效果也比较理想,能够在实际中得到一定的应用。
In order to better study the research and development of electron gun,this paper analyzes the basic principles and design contents and technical test? The electron gun in this study is mainly composed of focusing electrode,Yin and Yang and controlling pole? The electron will have energy regulation and electron beam emission and focusing ability? Experiment proved that this device through the technology of electron gun can be between 0 and 500 exposure for the adjustment of the continuity,the density of electron beam to present more sufficient,focusing effect is more ideal,also can get a certain application in practice?
