摘要
以北京市丰台区水资源为例,采用模糊数学评价方法进行水资源价值量的评价,结果显示,由于丰台区居民、社会经济发展需水量增大,导致区内水质、人均水资源量均处于较低等级,丰台区水资源价值量总体评价为6.4元/m3,其中水质条件是其关键控制因素。丰台区总体社会经济发展水平高,其水资源高效利用基础较好,通过采取针对性措施,能使水资源价值量达到中等以上水平。
Water resources has its own value and price, of which its value evaluation has ambiguity and complexity mainly due to because the residents lacking awareness of the value of water resources, and its low utilization level. So the article takes as an example the water resources in Fengtai district of Beijing using the fuzzy mathematics evaluation method to evaluate the value of water resources. In the other hand, the article calculates the water price. It provides an effective reference for the economic development of the city and the rational utilization of water resources. Evaluation results of membership degree based on fuzzy evaluation show that the large population density and socio-economic water demand are particularly strong in Fengtai district. They load the water quality and per capita water resource sat a lower level, and make the water price 6.4 yuan/m3 in Fengtai district. Among them, the water quality conditionis the key control factor. In Fengtai district, the level of socio-economic development is high and the basis of efficient use of water resources is good. By taking targeted measures, the value of water resources can reach the averagelevel and above in Fengtai district.
