摘要
研究青年的基本态度、对青年的基本认识、推动青年工作的基本路径是青年研究者和青年工作者必须面对的三大问题。本文认为,以青年为本、深入青年、责任意识和整合力量,是研究青年的基本态度;青年是时代的、常新的、充满希望的和值得学习的,是对青年的基本认识;推动青少年政策完善、切实服务青少年成长、有效引导青少年、建设高素质青少年工作者队伍是推动青年工作的基本路径。
Studying the basic attitudes of young people,basic understanding of young people,and basic ways of promoting youth work are the three major issues that young researchers and young workers must face. This paper argues that being youth-oriented,mingling with youth,sense of responsibility and integration power are the basic attitudes to youth research. Youth are time-based,constantly new,promising and worth learning from. Those are the basic understanding of youth. Improving policies,effectively serving the growth of young people,guiding young people and building a contingent of highly qualified young workers are the basic ways to promote youth work.
