摘要
美国在道路交通事故信息采集规范制定方面形成了基础手册、专项手册与操作手册相结合的体系，在道路安全分析方面形成了基于事故数据的事故致因分析、多发设施判别及改善的理论与应用结合的系统。本文调查了我国在道路交通事故信息采集规范与分析方面的工作现状，对比分析得出两国在事故信息采集及道路安全分析方面的特征，以及我国在这两方面工作上的不足。对我国的事故信息采集规范、基于事故数据的道路交通安全分析提出改善建议。
The U.S.A. has developed a standardized traffic data collection system consisting of the basic manual, the special manual and the operation manual. In terms of road traffic safety analysis, a system based on crash cause analysis, hotspot identification and improved theory and application has been developed. The paper surveyed Chinese status in traffic data collection standards and analysis. Through comparison, the characteristics of the traffic data collection and road traffic safety analysis between two countries were concluded, and the shortcomings we have in these two aspects were pointed out. Thus, suggestions on the improvement of crash information collection and traffic data based road traffic safety analysis were proposed.
