适合城市轨道交通连续长大单坡特点的SD-Ⅱa型扣件研制

摘要 针对乌鲁木齐市轨道交通1号线连续长大单坡及与小半径曲线叠加的工程特点,在现有成熟扣件的基础上,优化设计了SD-Ⅱa型扣件系统,研发了SD-Ⅱa型弹条,提高了扣件纵向阻力、水平调整量及轨距调整量等。扣件力学性能室内测试及组装疲劳试验结果表明,该扣件各项技术性能指标均满足城市轨道交通连续长大单坡及与小半径曲线重叠的使用要求。 With the characteristics of continuous steep gradient with small radius curve of Urumqi metro line 1 project, based on the existing proven- technology fastener, and on the optimization design of SD- IIa fastener system, SD- IIa elastic clips are developed, which improves fastener longitudinal resistance, cross level and track gauge adjustment ranges. The mechanical properties of fasteners, results of indoor test and assembly fatigue test show that all the technical performances of the fasteners meet the requirements of with small radius curve on continuous steep gradient urban rail transit lines.
